- Edmonton Journal: June 23, 2011: After publishing a false AFP report claiming that an Israeli "Jewish court sentences dog to death by stoning," HRC notified senior editors that this was a ficticious story and the Journal then suppressed the story on its website and issued the following correction: An Agence France-Presse story published Saturday on A13, saying a Jewish court had sentenced a dog to death by stoning, was based on information in the Israeli media that was later found to be false."
- Montreal Gazette: June 19, 2011: After publishing a false AFP report claiming that an Israeli "Jewish court orders 'reincarneated' dog stoned to death," HRC notified senior editors that this was a ficticious story and the Gazette then corrected the story by publishing a new report claiming that the "Jewish court denies dog stoned to death."
- Toronto Star, Jan 20 2007: “The minimum wage in Israel is approximately $5.55 (Canadian) an hour. In last Saturday’s paper, a story about Canada’s working poor, gave an incorrect amount. The Star regrets the error.” Correction issued.
- Globe and Mail, June 7 2006: “The Palestinian Authority employs about 160,000 people. Incorrect information appeared in a story published on June 6.” Correction issued.
