- July 5, 2011: Correction: "A Greek coast guard boat containing six armed and masked men on Friday intercepted the Audacity of Hope, an American vessel in the Gaza flotilla. Due to an editing error, a brief Saturday incorrectly stated the six men were found aboard the U.S. vessel."
- CBC Online, Aug 5 2008: "Israeli PM Ehud Olmert called US President George Bush, not vice versa as originally reported." Correction issued.
- CBC, Jan 14 2008: “A story published on Jan. 13 reported that U.S. President George W. Bush had visited a school in Beit Lahiya, Gaza, during his trip to the Mideast. Bush visited the West Bank, but did not go to the Gaza Strip.” Correction issued.
- Ottawa Citizen, Jan 14 2008: "Due to an editing error, Matthew Fisher's article on page A6 Thursday about U.S. President George W. Bush's trip to Israel was incorrectly attributed to Michael Abramowitz.” Correction issued.
- Ottawa Citizen, Jan 10 2008: "U.S. President George W. Bush is making his first visit to Israel, not his first visit to the Middle East. Incorrect information appeared in a headline on page A6 on Tuesday.” Correction issued.
