- CBC The National, Sep 30, 2010: CBC Ombudsman review of HRC complaint against Neil MacDonald concluded that: 1) CBC News should ensure that reporting on East Jerusalem is supported by the latest and most credible research and statistics 2) CBC News should broaden its range of think tank sources in Washington, DC in order to present a more complete range of reliable opinion.

- CBC Online, Apr 12 2010: “Canada 'regrets' Israeli settlements”. Original report falsely claimed that Israel was building 1600 new Israeli “settlements” in an East Jerusalem neighbourhood. Lead and photo caption corrected: “Canada voiced muted criticism Thursday over the planned expansion of 1,600 new Israeli housing units in East Jerusalem.”
- CBC Online, Mar 9 2010: “Biden condemns new Israeli settlements”: Original report falsely claimed that US Vice-President Joe Biden had condemned new Israeli “settlements” in East Jerusalem. Report amended: “Biden condemns new Israeli construction”.
- CBC Online, December 28 2009: "Israel to build new housing in east Jerusalem": Report depicted Israel as building Jewish-only housing in east Jerusalem and omitted mention of housing development for East Jerusalem Arabs. Report revised: “Plans for development have included Arab families, the government has stressed. Last week, Israel authorized the building of 500 new homes in Silwan, one of Jerusalem's Arab neighbourhoods.”
- CBC Radio: The World At Six, Sept 23 2009: On-Air Correction: “A correction to an item broadcast last night. In one of our introductions yesterday we said that 'Israel annexed Jerusalem' in fact it was only East Jerusalem that was annexed.”
- Globe and Mail, Oct 2 2008: “A secondary headline in Saturday ’s Focus section referred to Jerusalem as the Israeli capital. Israel declared Jerusalem its capital in 1949, and most of its major governmental institutions are there. Only a few countries have formally recognized Jerusalem as the capital, but many maintain diplomatic presences in the city.” Correction issued.
- The Guardian, Oct 22 2007: A report headed “US presses Palestinians and Israel to find common ground” (page 18, October 16) said that Jerusalem had been annexed by Israel after the 1967 war; it should have said East Jerusalem.” Correction issued.
- City TV, Oct 14 2007: According to a City TV Producer: Apology - “Thank you for your email and for drawing my attention to this.
